要求條件

● 條件: 大學在校生(高年級優先)、碩士在校生

系所: 資工、資管、商管或相關領域。

技能: 基本的資料分析與視覺化能力，能使用 Power BI、Tableau 等工具，並具備良好的邏輯思考與問題解決能力、良好溝通能力，能有效跨部門合作。如具備數位內容製作經驗（如影片剪輯、平面設計），或了解企業訓會更佳。

- Qualifications: Bachelor's (Seniors preferred) or Master's students

- Majors: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.

- Basic data analysis and visualization skills, with the ability to use tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate across functions. Experience in digital content creation (e.g., video editing, graphic design) or familiarity with corporate training is a plus.

工作內容

● 職稱:生產製程實習生- 生產運營

● 職務說明: 協助教育訓練團隊開發用於追蹤訓練指標的分析或數位化工具，同時協助優化內部訓練平台，加入能提升資料準確度與使用效率的功能，讓同仁使用起來更直覺、更方便。

- Job Title: Operations Intern_ Site Management

- Assist the training team in developing analytical or digital tools for tracking key training indicators. Also help improve the internal training platform by adding features that enhance data accuracy and user efficiency, making it more intuitive and easier for employees to use.
