1.Work with senior leadership and interdisciplinary teams to introduce a systems engineering perspective to model complicated systems.
2.Educate stakeholders about best practices in systems engineering.
3.Discuss with internal and external stakeholders to understand the problem domain and define requirements. Liaison between external stakeholders and internal technical teams.
4.Create, manage, and/or organize concept of operations (CONOPS) statements, design documents, and other technical information.
5.Define and introduce strategies, techniques, and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of systems development and integration.
