Assistance solving and stationary guidance of all service and technical matters between AS and workshops or customers.
Your main responsibilities and tasks
- Consult / coach / advise workshops on enquiries and assist network to solve technical problems fastest possible.
- Handle customer’s complaints on technical matters with focus CSI and FFV (Fixed First Visit)
- Plan, direct and supervise service measures / recalls
- Monitor compliance with guidelines for repair processes issued by DAG, advice on use of information sources.
- Investigation and analyze difficult product problems and prepare reports to DAG (TPR - Technical Product Report, Tips - Workshop system for Technical Issues)
- Other assigned tasks
