Tasks -
A - Respond to all customer calls/ complaints about service and sales
B.Prepare weekly/ monthly /quarter customer case reports including inbound/outbound calls for hotline based on: general inquiries/complains/critical customer cases
C. Implementation and analysis of customer care relevant reporting
D. Co-ordination with 0800 hotline vendor to maximize the performance of CCC functions with maximum cost saving
E. Support Field Service/ Warranty team for recall campaign completion relevant activities and customer loyalty program as well as CSI program
F. Support Parts Sales Operation for all necessities including but limited to critical parts cases management, parts stock card and pricing creation, supercessions etc.
