Preferred Lab Experience: •Proteomics techniques: western blotting, immunoprecipitation etc.•Tissue culture techniques: maintaining mammalian cell line, generation of bone marrow derived macrophages/dendritic cells, isolation of human monocytes, neutrophil, T or B cells, from human peripheral blood etc.•Immunological techniques: raising antibodies, purification of antibodies, flow cytometry, ELISA, IHC staining.•Cell biology techniques: confocal microscopy, macrovesicles isolation etc.•Molecular biology techniques: DNA & RNA extraction from animal tissue and cells, qPCR, cloning, etc.•Microbiology techniques: phagocytosis assay, plaque assay, etc.•Animal handling experience
With minimum supervision to independently conduct the following activities• Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies.• Perform data analysis and prepare the study report.• Participate the project team meetings and presentations.
