1. Having an energy, electrical, mechanical engineering or related master’s degree before the onboarding date.

2. An outstanding grade and/ or GPA.

3. Full professional proficiency in English.

4. Less than 2 years of working experience.

1. We do not provide VISA/ work permit, applicants have to be someone who is entitled to work in Taiwan. (If you are foreigners this program also provides locations such as Milan, Perth, and Houston.)

2. An additional language or extra-curricular experience is a plus.

3. The first month of the training will be in Milan, and all the travel, meals and accommodation expenses will be covered by NHOA.
