2. Review prior art references and analyze Office Actions from various countries, including U.S., Europe, China,
Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
3. Communicate with the U.S. Patent Examiner and foreign patent agents/attorneys regarding patent applications and office actions.
4. Conduct patent infringement and invalidity analysis for patent disputes, including U.S. and Taiwan patent infringement litigations.
