要求條件

＊ Internship period: 2024/11~2025/3
-Commitment of semester internship working not less than 16 hours a week
-Able to work at least 2 days a week

-Currently enrolled in Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

-Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

工作內容

Job summary:

-Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

-Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employer branding promotion and employee engagement programs.

-Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

-Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
