Your Role:
- Oversight TA functions are handled timely and accurately by Outsourcing Service Provider
- Coordinate and support in delivering service to investors and clients
- Handle investors or clients’ inquiries
- Perform AML monitoring tasks
- Handle reporting for regulators, internal or external parties
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
The Experience You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years transfer agency, fund services or related work experience in SITE industry
- Knowledge in Offshore Fund, Master Agent and TDCC platform operations is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business area of concentration
- SITE license
- Active team player and can motivate others
- Strong responsibility, self-motivated and independent problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time-management skills with multi tasks and work under pressure with tight deadline
- Familiar with excel and word
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
