職位說明 / Job Description

1. 國外業務專員 International Sales Specialist

• 工作內容 Roles & Responsibilities:
• 開發國際市場及維護既有客戶關係。 (Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing global clients.)
• 處理客戶詢價、報價、訂單及出貨後續追蹤。 (Handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and post-shipment follow-ups.)
• 應徵條件 Requirements:
• 具備優秀的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力。 (Excellent proficiency in English—listening, speaking, reading, and writing.)
• 具備良好的溝通協調能力與跨文化工作熱忱。 (Strong communication skills and passion for working in a cross-cultural environment.)

2. 業務助理 Sales Assistant

• 工作內容 Roles & Responsibilities:
• 協助業務人員處理行政文書、合約整理。 (Support sales staff with administrative tasks and contract management.)
• 協助追蹤訂單進度與客戶聯絡。 (Assist in tracking order status and communicating with clients.)
• 主管交辦之其他業務支援事項。 (Perform other sales support tasks as assigned by supervisors.)
• 應徵條件 Requirements:
• 英文讀寫能力佳，能處理基本英文商務往來。 (Proficient in English reading and writing for basic business correspondence.)
• 細心負責、抗壓性強。 (Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.)
